Employee Benefits at AdaRose:

AdaRose Inc. offers the following benefits to all full-time employees.

HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN: Tufts Health Plan HMO -- Value with Prescription Benefit. Company pays 100% of the cost for Individual or Family coverage.

LIFE INSURANCE: Company pays premium for $25,000.00 life insurance policy.

DISABILITY INSURANCE: Company pays premium for Long Term Disability insurance.

DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN: Delta Premium – Point of Service (POS). Employee pays 100% of the cost through payroll deduction; Covers cleanings and x-rays at 100%. Fillings and denture repairs are covered at 80% after a $50 deductible per person per calendar year is fulfilled; Major services are covered at 50% after deductible is fulfilled.

RETIREMENT PLAN: Company matches dollar-for-dollar the employee's tax deferred savings, up to 3% of wages and other compensation. The company contribution is 100% vested for the employee.

VACATION: Each employee earns 15 days of vacation for each 12-month period. Vacation may be taken at times mutually convenient for both the employee and the Company. Accrued, unused vacation in excess of 120 hours at the end of the year will be paid out to the employee.

HOLIDAYS: Eleven paid holidays are observed each year.

SICK LEAVE: Each employee may take up to 5 days of sick leave a year.
