DETAILS OF BALLISTIC MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEM (BMDS) EXPERIENCE:

AdaRose staff has experience in providing Scientific and Technical Support in Command, Control, and Battle Management of Ballistic Missile Defense Systems. George Holt as Program Manager under contract with the Air Force, Electronic Systems Division led a team of scientists and engineers to provide analysis and recommendations on Army and Air Force, Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) systems to ensure integration of end-to-end architecture development for the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). His team performed analyses and studies to determine (1) Improvements to telemetry, tracking, and control of space platforms, and (2) an approach for developing attack warning, and attack assessment systems towards an operational ballistic missile defense system. Holt was Technical Adviser to the SDI Man Machine Interface Working Group and briefed the SDI concept of operations at a Department of Defense, Human Factors Conference. He developed a computer graphics display of SDI Sensors and weapons defending against enemy ICBMs as well as Army/Air Force Interface Requirements between space based and ground base ballistic missile defense systems. Initial recommendations for acquisition of the SDI National Test Facility were also developed.
